Oh GOD! I’m just about to order refillable bottles for the cottage because I thought it would be more sustainable but now you’re both making me dither about my decision! I was even going for fancy glass bottles!

Don't dither - just wash them! And rather than buying the flimsy plastic things which are less widely recycled, buy the big 5l flagons and refill from them.

Couldn’t agree more. Longevity isn’t some magical new ingredient, it’s consistent care, barrier health and smart, evidence-based routines. The hype changes, the fundamentals don’t.
