I feel like grown women aren’t interested in hearing from computer generated versions of us harping on about products or anything else. Where’s the value in it? I like humans. I feel the same about ridiculously short TikTok-style videos that barely tell you anything and have stupid voiceovers. Aren’t these for children? It’s insulting our intelligence.
"Tell me which retinoid your microchip is loving this week" is so fantastic (and sums up the absurdity of the AI move). Also, the pessaries! I added a comment under one of their videos saying "because you don't need it", and their next post was "No you don't need it but..." Bingo. Feels like a money grab to me. Much absurdity this month; I enjoyed this ranting geekery!
