...featuring a deep dive into eyelash serums, a bit of illness-related self-pity, the (discounted) bath oil you need when you're ill, and my winning combination for sleep when you've got a cold...
My 17yr old daughter has been using UKLash serum for about a year and the results have been extraordinary. No-one can believe she’s not got false eyelashes on and she’s had no irritation whatsoever.
Oh this is good to know! Thank you for sharing. Not sure which one she is using - the original does have prostaglandin analogs in it but they also have a sensitive version and a peptide version that are both prostaglandin analog free.
The prostaglandin explanation is clutch. I had no idea the prescription vs OTC difference was mostly about concentration and not completely differnet mechanisms. That rebound congestion thing with decongestants is rough, been there with phenylephrine overuse andyour face literally just swells backup worse. The breathe-right strips combo with the AA bath oil sounds like a solid hack though, gona try that next time I'm down witha cold.
I have found the Sweed serum to be really effective and not irritating at all.
Oooh this is good to know - always good to have a recommendation!

thank you, I’m going to check and make sure it’s prostaglandin analog free if at all possible!
